Can MarketMan work with my commissary/CPU/commercial kitchen?
Absolutely! MarketMan has an entire commissary module to work with your kitchen.
If you have a chain already using MarketMan, having a connected commissary will allow you to place an receive orders easily both in the location and in the commissary!

How do I set up tax on sale items?
Taxes are only applicable in specific locations/locales, and the available tax rates vary between locales.
If you think you should be seeing tax but are not, please reach out to your customer success manager or contact us at support@marketman.com
Go to "Inventory" > "Sale items"
Every sale item has a "tax rate" setup.
You can also set this up in bulk!
Tick the boxes next to the items you want to add tax for,
Then click on "Actions" > "Bulk update" > "Tax rate".
Select the tax rate you want to apply, and hit "save"!
How do I mark a sale item not for orders?
If you want to mark an item "not for orders", there's an easy way to do this in MarketMan by setting the item as not "in stock"!
Go to "Inventory" > "Sale items"
Every sale item has a checkbox for "in stock" setup - uncheck this and hit "save"!
You can also set this up in bulk!
Tick the boxes next to the items you want to mark as out of stock,
Then click on "Actions" > "Bulk update" > "In stock".
Just leave it unchecked and hit "save"!
