Your user account has its own unique username (usually your email) and a password.
You can change your password or username at any time from your account, once logged in, but you can obviously reset your password if you got locked out!
HOW TO RESET PASSWORD - Step by Step
- On the login page, whether you're on the web or the app, you'll see a "forgot password" link on the bottom of the login box, click it:
- Type in your email address, and click on "Reset Password" (Or on the app: "send")
- Check your inbox for the email with the link to reset your password.
Click on the link and follow the instructions on the screen.
If your email address is linked to more than 1 MarketMan account, once you click the link you'll be able to select the user you're looking to update.
