What is it doing?
MarketMan allows you to create an easy-ordering guide, by automatically pushing the most-ordered items to the top of the list. You can also re-organize those items that were pushed to the top, and change it at any later time. This is a one-time setup!
For multi-locations with HQ: this is done in the locations!
Why should I use it?
- Control the list of items you see on the ordering screen
- Create an easy list for each supplier, to help employees pick the correct items
HOW TO SET UP THE ORDER GUIDE - Step by Step
- Go to "Orders" > "Place orders"
You'll need to first make sure that all the items you want to re-order, are marked with a black pin:
Just click on the pin to stick the item to the top, then we'll change the view!
- Go to "Suppliers" > "Sort Items"
Click on the supplier you want to set, and you'll see the list of items lining up.
- You can now use the arrows on the left to drag and drop the items as you wish.
Don't forget to hit "Save" when you're done!
HOW TO USE IT - On the app!
The default view on the app is based on the item names.
You can easily change the view by clicking on the sort icon:
And select the sorting as "Buyer category"
